RETURN POLICY


We are glad to accept returns on unworn goods within 10 days of receiving your order.


Non-sale returned goods must be unworn, unwashed with original tags and packaging intact and may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box.


Items purchased on sale may be returned for exchange or store credit.


All Sales Final on lingerie, swimwear, jewelry, ceramics, beauty products,and books. For all other items, sales are final after 10 days of receipt of your order.


Returns must be sent prepaid, via trackable carrier, insured to the full purchase amount. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Anaise is not responsible for return/exchange shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.


HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN


Email returns@anaise.com for a return authorization number (RA #) and include the reason for return. Please send returns to:

Please write the RA # on your package and ship by UPS, Fedex, or USPS with a tracking number. Email the tracking number to returns@anaise.com.


We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

SHIPPING


We will process your order by the next business day, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Orders are shipped from San Jose, California. Residents of Santa Clara County, California will pay 8.75% state tax on their purchase. All other residents of California will pay 7.5% state tax on their purchase.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING


Shipments within the U.S. are sent by UPS Ground, UPS Air, or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates depend upon weight and delivery location. A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Signature is required upon delivery, unless the client specifies otherwise. Magazines are sent by USPS First Class or Media mail.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International orders will be shipped by UPS Worldwide Express, USPS Express Mail International, or USPS Priority Mail International. A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 10-14 days for delivery. International orders may be subject to import duty and tax depending upon the country in which you reside. The recipient is responsible for payment of these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details.


PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY


Anaïse does not offer sale price adjustments.
