RETURN POLICY


Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with original tags intact.
Full priced items may be returned for exchange, refund or store credit. Shoes must be returned in their original, undamaged shoe box, and packaged within a separate shipping box. We kindly ask that shoes are tried on a soft, carpeted surface, as returns of shoes with scuffed soles are not accepted. On-line returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. All sales are final after 10 days of receipt. All sales are final on underpants and beauty products.

In-store purchases must be returned within 3 days of purchase.
In-store sales are final after 3 days of purchase.


RETURN POLICY: SALE ITEMS AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A SALE CODE

Items purchased on sale or with a sale code may be returned for exchange or store credit only.

Purchases made with store credit may be returned if eligible, however, the original store credit will be reinstated.


HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN


Email info@anaise.com for a return authorization number (RA #) and include the reason for return.
Returned packages must be postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order.

Please write the RA # on your package and ship by UPS, Fedex, or USPS with a tracking number. Email the tracking number to info@anaise.com.


Returns must be sent prepaid, via trackable carrier, insured to the full purchase amount. We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges if the returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements. Anaïse is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, theft, or damage of returned goods.
We will process your return as quickly as possible, however, please allow up to 14 days for the return to appear on your credit card statement. A confirmation email will be sent once your refund has been processed.


SHIPPING


We will process your order by the next business day, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded. Orders are shipped from San Francisco, California. Residents of San Francisco, California will pay 8.75% state tax on their purchase. All other residents of California will pay 7.5% state tax on their purchase.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING


Shipments within the U.S. are sent by UPS or USPS. Shipping rates depend upon weight and delivery location. A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Signature is required upon delivery, unless the client specifies otherwise. Anaïse is not responsible for shipping loss or theft.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


International orders will be shipped by UPS Worldwide Express, USPS Express Mail International, or USPS Priority Mail International. A shipment confirmation email with the tracking number will be sent to you. Please allow 10 to 14 business days for delivery from the shipment date. Please note, this does not take into account customs clearance delays that may arise.

International orders may be subject to import duty and tax depending upon the country in which you reside. The recipient is responsible for payment of these charges. Please check with your local customs office for details, as we are not able to provide estimates.

Anaïse does not offer sale price adjustments.

We may use your information to contact you about new products and special promotions. If you would like to have your name removed from our mailing list, please email info@anaise.com.
